This site collects nothing
No cookies. No analytics. Nothing written to your browser's storage. No tracking pixels, no advertising, no profiling — and no form to type into, so there is nothing here that could read what you write.
It also loads nothing from any third party. The typeface is served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so rendering this page does not send your IP address to anyone else. The channel links are plain links: nothing loads from YouTube, Instagram or TikTok unless you click one. That is why you were not asked to accept anything — there is nothing to accept.
What is unavoidable
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the IP address of every request in order to deliver the page and to protect it against abuse. Every web server does some version of this; it is what makes a page arrive at all. Cloudflare acts as a processor and keeps this data for a short period for security purposes.
If you write to us
The address on the home page is an ordinary mailbox. Sending a message to it is sending an email: it is read, it is answered, and it is kept only as long as the exchange is useful. It is never used for marketing, never added to a list, and never passed to anyone.
Mail to that address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google. Cloudflare states that it does not store or read the messages it forwards.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@beyond-darwin.com.
If you believe your data is being handled wrongly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
How the films are made
The content on this channel is generated with artificial intelligence. The people in the films are synthetic: they are not actors, and they do not depict real individuals, living or dead. The voices are synthesised. The environments do not exist.
This is stated here in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — the AI Act — which has applied since 2 August 2026 and requires that artificially generated image, audio and video content be disclosed as such.
What is not artificial is the argument. The ideas, the scripts and the editorial choices are written by a person, and the thesis they carry is his.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
